ADDITIONAL APPROVALS
Building permits may sometime require additional approvals called dispensations triggered by overlays applied to the properties such as Planning Permit approvals, Council Report & Consent, or Build-Over-Easement approvals. While we can't eliminate these requirements, We expertly guide you through the process, obtaining all additional approvals to ensure your project is fully compliant.
EXTERNAL CONSULTANTS
Some projects may require additional expertise of external consultants for permit approval. We assist in appointing the right professionals, including Structural Engineers, Arborists, Bushfire Zone Consultants, Soil Testers, and Land Surveyors etc. With our support, you can ensure a smooth approval process while meeting all compliance standards.
