Small project but had many foundation changes during process and Jawad took all in his stride. We circled all the way back to our original foundation for this kit 3m x 6.25m SheShed backyard art studio project. Had our permit within 1 week after we locked in the foundation design. Worth every cent.

I got my decking and pergola designs from Jawad along with the permits. Jawad is thorough professional and patiently explained the entire process and what’s involved with the work itself. While others made me feel it’s a very complicated, he got the permit very smoothly. While I am yet to do the build, my experience dealing with Jawad has been great and I highly recommend him.
